Please download a printable return form, fill it up and send it by email at customercare@bikinivillage.com or via our web form. A customer service representative will contact you within two business days with the proper documentation that will need to be printed and included with the merchandise. Returns must be postdated within 30 days from the date of purchase for regular priced items and 15 days for items purchased on sale. Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. Please allow 10 business days from the date the merchandise is delivered to our premises for refunds. An amount of $15.00 USD will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

Yes, shipping fees for a return must be paid by the sender. All items returned must use the UPS return label that will be provided by one of our customer service representative, and an amount of $15.00 USD will be deducted from the total of your refund. US customs may apply duties or other fees, these additional duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. No return or credit will be given for shipping and handling charges unless merchandise is defective or Bikini Village is at fault. Refunds are generally processed within 10 business days of receipt of the goods at our warehouse. However, depending on the financial institution, it may take up to 7 additional business days before the funds are back on your credit card.

Credit card information is sent to Beanstream servers. The information sent is parsed into a format the bank gateway understands and is sent to the bank via the internet. Once the bank receives this information, it is passed through the banking network. Bikini Village’s account is credited, the consumer’s credit card account is debited, and an authorization is sent back to Beanstream servers. At this point a receipt is generated and sent to the consumer's web browser and an email order notification is sent to the merchant. This all takes less than 30 seconds.
